Happy Little Products

I am a quality strategist, creative provocateur, and former global Director of standards and compliance for the second largest sportswear brands in the world. Over a 27-year career, I have led global product quality initiatives, scaled lab-testing systems across continents, and developed governance frameworks that shaped product integrity for millions of consumers.

Starting on the factory floors of Vietnam, I built from the ground up—establishing testing labs, training manufacturing partners, and eventually leading enterprise-wide transformations in quality and compliance. Throughout my decades-long career, my marker was never far—a true whiteboard whisperer translating complexity into clarity through visual thinking and collaborative sketching. This trademark became my signature way of aligning teams, identifying gaps, and reimagining what quality and compliance could be.

Today, I work as a consultant and coach, helping COOs and product teams eliminate the risk of product recalls and design quality systems that are certain, predictable, and sustainable. I'm also a passionate costume designer for dancers, drag queens, and wrestlers—proof that precision and flamboyance can coexist beautifully.
