Our Book Return Policy (aka The Fine Print, but Friendly)

Hey there—thanks so much for grabbing one of our books!

Just a heads-up: all book sales are final. Since our books are printed on demand and full of our lovingly-crafted ideas, we can’t offer returns or refunds.

BUT—we’re human, and sometimes things go sideways. If your book shows up damaged or isn’t what you ordered, shoot us an email at nteston@ntcreativeandconsulting.com within 7 days of delivery. Toss in your order number and a couple photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.

We’re here to help, and we want you to love what you get.

Shipping Info (aka How Your Book Gets to You)

We currently ship across the U.S. (and to a few international spots too—see checkout for options). Every book is printed on demand, which means we don’t keep a giant stockpile in a warehouse somewhere. Once you place your order, your book gets freshly printed, packed, and shipped your way.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• U.S. orders: usually ship within 3–5 business days

• International: shipping times vary (we know, it's vague—blame customs...)

Norbert Teston is a quality strategist, creative provocateur, and former global Director of standards and compliance for the second largest sportswear brands in the world. Over a 27-year career, he’s led global product quality initiatives, scaled lab-testing systems across continents, and developed governance frameworks that shaped product integrity for millions of consumers.

Starting on the factory floors of Vietnam, Norbert built from the ground up—establishing testing labs, training manufacturing partners, and eventually leading enterprise-wide transformations in quality and compliance. Throughout his decades-long career, his marker was never far—a true whiteboard whisperer translating complexity into clarity through visual thinking and collaborative sketching. This trademark became his signature way of aligning teams, identifying gaps, and reimagining what quality and compliance could be.

Today, Norbert works as a consultant and coach, helping COOs and product teams eliminate the risk of product recalls and design quality systems that are certain, predictable, and sustainable. He’s also a passionate costume designer for dancers, drag queens, and wrestlers—proof that precision and flamboyance can coexist beautifully.

Happy Little Products is his professional and creative manifesto: a visual, practical guide that challenges the checkbox mentality and reframes quality as a culture, not a task.
