I never thought that a book about quality and compliance would be so much fun to read!! I love the content and the creative touches make this book so much fun to have! It has pages for writing notes and scribbles and the coloring pages give you an outlet when you need a bit of fun to rest your brain from work. I give this happy little book 10 out of 5 stars!
